BUSINESS DESCRIPTIONS:
1. MEDITERRANEAN FOOD PLACE (AJ Bakir)
This is a good idea especially if implemented as a food truck.
2. SENIOR ERRAND SERVICE (Abby Aguilera)
Excellent idea - very necessary service. The owner would run errands for senior including groceries, dry cleaning, postal services.
3. STEAK BUFFET (Ali Abdullah)
This is a great idea if executed correctly. Steaks cook to order, cut size, some unique them.
4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE (Dwayne Camacho)
This entrepreneur would run a full subscription service web-site from magazines, to food, to presents.
5. RECYCLED JEWELRY STORE (Za'Koreia Coleman)
The idea for a fashion jewelry store is good, but a really great spin is to offer jewelry made out of recycled materials. A NY entrepreneur did this and made a mint!
6 TACO BIKE (Jesse Corbett)
Good idea - might want to consider a taco cart specializing in a certain type of tacos.
7. SCHOOL COFFEE/STUDY SHOP (Kayla Countryman)
Excellent idea! One private school already did this and there are a few in the works!
8. RESUME WRITER (Melissa de Villar)
Offering custom writing services, seminars and related services. Excellent idea.
9. MINI HOUSING (Ajla Deumic)
This is a very HOT trend right now also known as economical housing. Great idea!
10. INTERIOR DESIGNER (Mina Fanaian)
Excellent business especially if you specialize in a specific style.
11. ANIMAL DAYCARE (Luci Gasparyan)
Really in demand business especially if you offer a theme type environment.
12. MANGO/CORN CART (Cameron Guzman)
Offering slushi/icee AND corn on the cob. Actually the idea is so unique it has great potential for working!
13. CAR SERVICE (Darryl Handberg)
The entrepreneur's original idea was an automated parking garage. Good idea, but the market is pretty much sewn up! So, the bank thinks this owner would do great if he did car sharing service like zipcar.
14. ANTIQUE FURNITURE DESIGN AND SALES (Nancy Hernandez)
This business would do really well especially if the owner seeks out unique items to be recycled and creates the furniture.
15. BREAKFAST RESTAURANT (Alex Jo)
Pancake and waffle houses are the hottest trend. This business would do well if you had a unique marketing spin to attract customers and specialize in a unique breakfast item. Think Cafe DuMonde (New Orleans).
16. PASSIVE INCOME SITE (Forrest Kruchmer)
Excellent business if you focus on unique owners who want to market their products in one place such as Etsy who features handmade crafts.
17. SOCCER STORE (Danielle M)
Excellent idea because there are so many soccer moms now! Would do even better if you built a small soccer section in store for kids to practice kicking.
18. VAPOR PARLOR (Fidel Murillo)
Really great new venture but needs a theme - something to draw people inside. Think of the one in Sacramento that is doing really well called "Planet of he Vapes".
19. STRESS RELIEF CENTER (Niharika Niroula)
This is a great idea and has many possibilities including water wave massage machines, audio/visual relaxation rooms, and oxygen bars.
20. TAQUERIA (Peter Rotolo)
This has a potential to be awesome especially if it is unique - like tropical tacos or a taco truck. Check out this Forbes article regarding food trucks: 25 Best Food Trucks.
21. HEALTH FAST FOOD (Illia Sapryga)

22. FAST FOOD MARKET (Ali Shams)
This is an awesome idea especially if you design it like the famous Borough Market in London.
23. HOOKAH BAR (Malak Shehadeh)
Good idea especially if you specialize! Check out this site for ideas SHISHA.
24. MOBILE NURSING CARE (Vadim V)
This is a good idea that must follow a ton of medical care laws.
25. SHOE STORES (James V)
This can be a great idea that can grow. You can specialize in high end shows or discount shoes. I bought my wedding shoes at Peter Fox who specializes in handmade bridal shoes. He makes a mint.
26. eBay CONSULTING (Wenjie Wang)
This is a good idea but I would expand it to Internet Business Consulting...how to set up a business website, market your products, etc. It has potential!
27. MAGIC STORE (Mahnaz Y)
This is an excellent idea and they do exceptionally well especially in Vegas and Los Angeles. It has to have a really cool theme to attract customers. Check out the world famous Magic Castle.
28. MUSIC TRUCK (Kenny Yannikos)
Kenny also had a juice truck idea! The bank proposes to combine the two! This can be a really unique and cool business if designed well and marketed properly.
29. BEER TRUCK (Anthony Zietler)
This is an awesome idea and you can specialize in all different types of beers. The problem may be licensing, but I think it's a great idea!
30. PET SITTER (Yihong Z)
Excellent service - hey, there is a great baby sitting service online now, why not a pet sitting service?
